Resi/Mercial Policy Report

Comprehensive accountability system tracking elected officials and legislation through the lens of property rights and housing access.

Evaluation Methodology

The Resimercial methodology evaluates all policy through a dual lens: protection of individual property rights and expansion of housing access. Every bill, every vote, every public position is scored against these two standards.
